The former site of the Victorian Railway Workshops, Spotswood Yards is being transformed into a world class precinct by Blue Earth Group. Located in a small suburb, big on heart and character, this will be inner west Melbourne’s most significant land transformation to date. In keeping with the history of the site, Ology developed a masterbrand designed to showcase the amenity, future community and benefits of living in Spotswood Yards.

A precinct identity designed to showcase the amenity, future community and benefits of living in Spotswood Yards.

Spotswood’s industrial & manufacturing history has inspired an innovative and creative suburb.  The area has carried it’s history of making things through to its cultural & community identity today.

 

The Spotswood Yards branding was designed with longevity in mind; to transition seamlessly from marketing opportunities to a place identity that will unite the residents and represent a contemporary precinct with history at heart.

 

Ology designed a master website to introduce Spotswood Yards, which also allowed users to navigate to individual buildings and residences available within the precinct.
