25 years ago Nat started her design career with Ken Cato of Cato Partners, Australia’s most famous branding studio. Nat then gained international experience working for leading companies in London and Ireland, returning to Australia to co-found Studio Caravan a boutique design agency specialising in property. 8 years later Ology Creative was born out of Nat’s motivation to create one of Australia’s leading brand and property design agencies that operated with a sense of joy. Nat can be found swimming in the bay all year round, drinking copious amounts of coffee and riffling through Greville Street Records.

Em’s 20+ years working for global and national companies across fashion and property has given her a deep understanding and passion for brand DNA. Having worked directly for sales agents, developers and creative agencies across design and marketing, Em has the unique ability to see every project from every perspective — giving her a broad range of experience and knowledge to draw from and the power to deliver smart, fresh design & strategy solutions — with a smile! Em can be found drinking coffee in Barwon Heads, skiing on a mountain and riffling through Greville Street Records.

Hannah is a highly skilled strategist, project manager and copywriter with a wealth of experience gained from working across various sectors including government, small business, creative and environmental. Her diverse skill set not only provides business strategy & support but also brings order to Ology’s creative stories. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys sea swimming all year round, crafts, rescuing wildlife and riffling through Greville Records.

Boasting over 56 dog years of studio experience, Murphy is the true Ology superstar. A specialist in security and with a healthy appetite and penchant for treats, Murphy can be found in the park across the road meeting friends or walking to Wildflour Bakery for his daily treat.







So, what exactly does Ology do?

Ology is a team of design enthusiasts who just want to stay creative! We focus on Naming, Branding, Positioning & Strategy, Publication Design and all things property. There are many things that fall into these categories, so if you think you have a job for us, let’s talk!

Do you only specialise in property?

We create brands for our clients with solid practical thinking & research, layered with character and flair. Brands that are considered, relevant and long lasting.

We excel in property but it is not all we do. Property involves all the elements of design, strategy and marketing we love and we get to bring them all together for every property project.

Do you do digital design as well?

Yes we do! We do front-end design and detailed strategy for sites and basic in-house development. For the more complex digital projects we partner with outside digital agencies to really make ideas come to life on the best platform for the job.

Where are you located?

Our address is Level 1, 127 Greville St Prahran. We are on the corner of Greville and Grattan Streets, overlooking Murphy’s favourite park. To find our entrance look for the blue doors on Grattan St, come upstairs and say hi!

What inspires you?

It’s all in how you look at the world – inspiration can take you by surprise. Film, fashion, art and music as well as passionate clients and innovative collaborators.

Do you do brand consultations?

Yes! A good consultation can do wonders for a brand, and is a great first step in figuring out what you really need.

Is the studio dog really a genius?

We feel that is a subjective term. Does he know where the treats are and how to get them? Yes.
