Inspired by the Art Deco movement that radiated globally in the 1920s and became a signature local feature in parts of Melbourne architecture, Ivanhoe Gardens combines modernist styles with fine craftsmanship and rich materials, representing a celebration of luxury, glamour and exuberance. This coupled with the central lush garden spaces were the inspiration for the first stage of the Ivanhoe Gardens apartments.

Garden trellises were the inspiration for the subtle deboss patterns, paired with lush greens for the premium hard cover brochures. Paired with brand photography representing the indoor / outdoor nature of living in Ivanhoe Gardens and elegant black & white photography to communicate the design influences, Ivanhoe Gardens presented a sophisticated and aspirational offering to potential purchasers.
The display suite for Ivanhoe Gardens was landscaped to reflect the green spaces to come. We took influence from the architecture and interiors features, specifying custom black steel frames to hold the renders and marketing displays
