Ology identified that a move to a land lease home is more than just a house purchase for retirement, it is committing to join a community and be a part of something. WHERE NEIGHBOURS BECOME COMMUNITY was central to our thinking as we crafted a visually unique brand using vintage illustrations and graphic emblems to bring a truly different approach to this sector.

Community focus

By representing community with a vintage bird illustration, Ology created an emotive brand with a difference, helping Emblem dodge the clichés and communicate sophistication & relatability.

With Emblem’s intention to focus on country and rural communities for their land lease developments, Ology wanted to acknowledge the importance of nature, wildlife and landscape in these areas.
By utilising vintage botanical and nature illustrations we developed a brand that is both relatable and appealing to the target market, yet completely different to anything else in the retirement sector.

 

A symbol of quality

As Emblem Group add new locations to their portfolio of communities, the consistent use of botanical illustrations, brand emblem and naming convention will help build the reputation and recognition of a new company setting a higher standard in the industry.

A strong community response

There has been strong and positive local response to Emblem Benalla with only minimal local advertising and container signage on site. The community have embraced Emblem’s mission to deliver exceptional quality with a focus on sustainability and connection.
