Urban is an established developer and development manager with proven experience and skills above the industry norm. There was a misconception in the industry that Urban is primarily a project manager. The challenge? Rebrand the current Urban brand to align with the brands new focus, Urban’s own developments, without losing the consulting & management side of the business or dismissing it as unimportant.

Looking to the future.

Wanting to maintain the business legacy and the reputation established over 20 years in the industry, a name and logotype were established with a nod to the existing name whilst clearly identifying and defining the brand’s future direction.

Curating Possibilities.

We determined that Urban is creative, considered and culturally influenced, with a passion for the arts. Experienced, detail focused and technically knowledgeable, Urban provides curated quality design, build & delivery, gives voice to aspirations and suggests new possibilities.

Development curated.

A set of brand photography was commissioned to reflect the curated, diverse and environmentally conscious mixed-use developments of Developed by Urban. The photography was to focus on a range of scales, abstraction and detail to reflect the artistic influence and design appreciation that influence all of Developed By Urban’s projects.

A smooth transition for the business

Developed By Urban meant the legacy business of consulting and project management, Urban, is clearly linked and shows a progression from old to new. Ology updated the Urban consulting website to bring it in line with the new branding and ensure the same quality and clarity of information was carried through. Navigating between the two sites is now simple and makes for an easy transition for the future of the brand.
